Our activity is to support “decision making”
The critical thing in disaster countermeasures is not “what decision you make”, but rather “how you make the decision” It is essential to establish a decision-making process and make sure to follow through during disaster response.
We will learn how to employ their specialized knowledge and what to do when disasters actually occur, thereby experiencing disaster management through hands-on experience which will enable them to become leaders who can support their respective organizations during disasters.
Leaders of an organization that can carry-out decision-making and management aimed at solving emergency situations through a systematic and practical understanding of whole disaster management from the stage of disaster prevention measures to the reconstruction stage. Furthermore, our trainees would be able to pre-read a variety of situations and act in cooperation and collaboration with relevant people and organizations.
We develop the SOP of disaster management by flow-chart, develop the support system about the flow-chart and training about decision-making.
